Butter Concentrates

Our Natural Butter Concentrates made from superior quality butter, are very versatile and can be used across a wide range of food applications as a cost-effective replacement for salted or unsalted butter. Butter concentrates masks harsh notes, after taste and off-flavours along with enhancement of overall flavour of the product. Butter concentrates are ideal in low fat applications where they provide the richness and mouth feel just as butter at a fraction of fat, calories and cholesterol content.

Butter Concentrates can be used in very small amounts with typical concentrations of upto 50 to 70 times that of standard butter. Our Butter Concentrates are available in paste, powder and liquid forms which are convenient to use and have a shelf life of 6 to 12 Months.

Butter Concentrates are applicable widely in the food and dairy industry. In the Bakery Sector, Butter Concentrates are used in cookies, doughnuts, pastries, muffins, biscuits, cakes, croissants fillings and toppings. Confectionary applications include toffee, fudge and chocolate. Butter Concentrates provides richness in frozen desserts and flavoured milks. It also imparts rich flavour in savoury sauces as well as sweet sauces like caramel and butterscotch.

In UHT and nutritional beverages, Butter Concentrates functions to mask off flavours of heat treatments, soya and nutrient fortifications. These provide excellent flavours in batters, beading and marinades. Butter concentrates are also used in savoury snacks and snack seasonings.
